About Casmir

Built from service. Driven by sitework.

A deeper look at the operator mindset, Army construction background, and hard-working values behind Casmir Contracting Company | LLC.

Our Story

Hard work, discipline, and pride in the ground we prepare.

I started Casmir Contracting Company | LLC because I wanted to build something that truly reflects who I am, where I come from, and the values I’ve carried throughout my life.

Ever since I enlisted in the Army as a Horizontal Construction Engineer, I’ve dedicated myself to leadership, hard work, discipline, and serving something bigger than myself. The military taught me how to adapt, solve problems under pressure, and lead from the front no matter how difficult the mission becomes. More importantly, it taught me to take care of the people around me and always give everything I have in the work I do.

I’ve always had the drive to become the best leader I could be — not only for myself, but for the soldiers and people who depend on me. I believe leadership is about setting the example, motivating others, and helping people grow into the best versions of themselves. That same mindset is exactly what I’ve poured into this company.

I genuinely enjoy this line of work. I enjoy operating equipment, working long hours, solving problems, and seeing progress take shape through hard work and dedication. Whether it’s land clearing, excavation, or site preparation, I know every project represents something important to the person behind it.

I built this company to serve people the right way — by being honest, dependable, hardworking, and delivering quality work without cutting corners. No matter how tough the job gets, I’ll continue pushing forward to accomplish the mission and make sure the work is done right.

At the end of the day, I’m not just trying to grow a business. I’m trying to build a company my family can be proud of, a name my community can trust, and something that genuinely makes a difference in people’s lives.
